NYFW Fall/Winter 2011: Erickson Beamon For Donna Karan

Erickson Beamon has done it again! The collaboration with Donna Karan for Fall 2011 show is perfection.  The inspiration behind the collab was themed “Pearls Of Wisdom.” So, in effect, Erickson Beamon  delivered beautiful pearls for the show.  Donna Karan’s collection is one of my favorite collections for New York Fashion Week with nude silks and draped scrarf dresses.  My favorite looks are the pearls wrapped in the scarves.

This will be my wardrobe in a few years I promise!

NYFW Fall/Winter 2011: Erickson Beamon

Design team duo Erickson Beamon kicked off New York Fashion week with a ballerina inspired presentation. They recruited dancers from the Bolshoi Ballet Academy to showcase their jewelry at Milk Studios on February 13th.  They used their signature crystals to embellish headpieces, mask, and statement necklaces.  My favorite are the thimbles that sit on top of your finger tips.

Below are two of the three members of the team Vicki and Karen Beamon:
